Jan Hubbard joined Circumference Group in June 2026. She brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in finance, accounting, and operations across a diverse set of industries, including construction, manufacturing, printing, architecture, and distribution.

Prior to joining Circumference, Jan served as Chief Financial Officer of Fleming Electric, Inc., where she led all financial operations for a multi-entity organization. In this role, she oversaw consolidated financial reporting, cash flow management, banking relationships, and strategic planning initiatives, while supporting executive leadership in driving operational performance and long-term growth.

Earlier in her career, Jan held senior financial leadership positions with The Watkins Company, Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects, and Commercial Electric, LLC. Across these roles, she led accounting, human resources, and operational initiatives, implemented ERP systems, supported merger integration efforts, and partnered closely with leadership teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen financial controls.

Jan began her career as a Senior Staff Accountant with Erwin and Company, where she conducted audits and prepared tax returns for a wide range of clients.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
