- We partner with like-minded capital providers (family offices, and selected PE firms) for larger equity checks in businesses with EBITDA between $10M and $100M.
- Smaller or larger transactions in the right situation.
- We design each capital structure with the flexibility required to create long-term value for the business without burdening it with excessive debt.
