Rachel Mulligan has served in administrative support positions for the past 12 years. She has been with Circumference Group since 2022. Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In Rachel’s current role at Circumference Group, she skillfully and graciously performs administrative support functions and client relations for the entire CG team.
