Circumference Group Acquires Majority Stake in Broadband Development Group

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Circumference Group, an operationally-focused investment firm founded by Jeff Fox, has acquired a majority stake in Broadband Development Group (“BDG”), a Little Rock-based provider of commercial broadband and managed Wi-Fi solutions for the Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) market.

BDG partners with property developers and owners to install fiber-based, property-wide networks that deliver “instant-on” high-speed internet to residents immediately upon move-in. The investment will support BDG’s continued expansion into high-growth markets throughout the Southeastern United States and Texas, accelerating the deployment of its wholesale business model.
